User Agreement

Welcome to Meepuu! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your rights and obligations when using Meepuu services. Please read this Agreement carefully before using our services. By accessing or using Meepuu, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Meepuu is a community platform that provides users with services such as content sharing, social interaction, and community building. Our platform allows users to create and participate in communities on various topics ("Communities"), post and discuss content, and interact with other users.

You need to register an account to use certain features of Meepuu. You agree to:

Provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information

Keep your account credentials (username and password) secure

Not share your account credentials with others

Be responsible for all activities under your account

Immediately notify us if you discover any unauthorized use of your account

When using Meepuu, you must follow these community rules:

Prohibited from posting illegal, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, or pornographic content

Prohibited from spamming or abusing automated systems

Prohibited from infringing on others' intellectual property or privacy

Prohibited from impersonating others or forging identities

Respect other users and maintain civilized communication

Must not interfere with the normal operation of the Meepuu platform

For content you post on Meepuu (including but not limited to posts, comments, messages, images, videos), you retain all ownership rights to that content. However, you grant Meepuu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, and perform that content.

You warrant that you have all rights necessary to post the content, and that the content does not infringe on any third party's rights.

You are legally responsible for your conduct and the content you upload, post, repost, or share, including text, images, audio, video, and links. You warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or other lawful basis and do not infringe copyright, trademarks, image rights, reputation, privacy, or other legal rights. Attribution alone does not necessarily remove the need for permission. You agree not to:

Engage in any illegal activities

Harass, threaten, or infringe on other users

Collect or mine information from other users

Use any automated tools to disrupt the platform

Attempt to bypass any security measures

Spread malware or viruses

Your privacy is important to us. Information we collect is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Meepuu, you consent to our processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Meepuu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time without prior notice. We may also terminate your account for any reason at any time, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement.

For terminated accounts, we will retain certain information as required by law.

Videos, images, audio, text, and other content uploaded or posted by users are provided by, and are the responsibility of, the respective uploaders. Uploaders must have the necessary rights, permissions, or other lawful basis and bear legal responsibility for their content and infringements. Meepuu provides storage, display, and community services for this content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meepuu is not liable for users’ infringements and does not assume uploaders’ liability to compensate for them.

User content does not represent Meepuu’s views or endorsement. Displaying, indexing, or recommending content does not guarantee its authorization, truthfulness, or legality. Upon receiving an infringement notice that meets applicable legal requirements, Meepuu will act promptly under the law and remove or block the relevant content as legally required. See “Infringement Notices and Appeals” for complaint and appeal procedures. Lawful content measures do not in themselves constitute an admission of infringement or liability by Meepuu.

Meepuu services are provided "AS IS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No disclaimer, limitation of liability, or indemnity in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for Meepuu’s own conduct that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects users’ mandatory legal rights.

If your content or conduct infringes another person’s rights, you must bear the resulting legal responsibility, including ceasing the infringement, removing infringing content, and compensating for losses as required by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, if an infringement or breach attributable to you results in third-party claims against Meepuu, you must compensate Meepuu to the extent you are legally responsible, including reasonable and necessary legal enforcement costs. Liability that Meepuu must legally bear for its own conduct is not transferred to you.

If a third-party claim may involve this compensation obligation, both parties should notify each other promptly and reasonably cooperate in providing materials, resolving the dispute, and defending the claim. Without the user’s consent, the platform must not agree to a settlement admitting fault on the user’s behalf or imposing additional obligations on them. Each party’s legal responsibilities remain unaffected.

Rights holders or their authorized representatives may submit complaints to [email protected]. Please provide valid contact details, exact links and the specific portions of the content complained of, evidence of rights or authorization, reasons for the complaint, and a statement that the information is accurate and the complaint is made in good faith. Copyright complaints should also identify the protected work. Complainants should consider quotation, fair use, or other exceptions allowed by applicable law. They must not fabricate evidence or knowingly submit false complaints and are legally responsible for doing so.

Upon receiving an infringement notice that meets applicable legal requirements or discovering potentially infringing content, Meepuu will act promptly under applicable law and take required measures such as removal or blocking. Content confirmed to infringe or legally required to be removed will be promptly removed or blocked; where earlier action is legally required, a final court decision is not a prerequisite. The platform will provide the publisher with reasons and appeal instructions and inform the complainant of the outcome as required by law.

Publishers who believe content was removed in error or may lawfully be used can appeal to [email protected], identifying the content, the action notice, and their reasons, with evidence of authorization or another lawful basis for use. Where a statutory counter-notification procedure applies, its legal requirements must be met. The platform will review the matter under applicable law and restore content or maintain measures based on the complaint, appeal materials, and decisions of competent authorities. Applicable law governs the deadlines and procedure.

Complaints, appeals, and content measures do not replace determinations by competent authorities concerning ownership, infringement, or compensation, and do not affect either party’s right to seek legal remedies. The platform must still fulfill duties and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For repeat infringement or re-uploading content previously removed for infringement without a lawful basis, Meepuu may restrict posting or suspend or terminate accounts according to the circumstances and applicable law, while providing legally required notice and appeal procedures. Removals found on review to be erroneous, complaints found to be false, or uses established as lawful will not count toward repeat infringement.

The name Meepuu, logos, designs, and related intellectual property are owned by Meepuu and may not be used without express authorization. All content on the platform (except user-generated content) is protected by copyright.

The law applicable to this Agreement is determined under the conflict-of-laws rules applied by the court with jurisdiction. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits rights that cannot be waived by agreement under applicable law, including, where applicable, consumer protections under the laws of your habitual residence.

If a dispute arises from this Agreement or Meepuu services, you may contact us at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. Negotiation does not limit either party’s right to bring proceedings before a court with jurisdiction or seek other remedies available by law.

Meepuu reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of modifications by posting an updated version on the platform. Continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. You are advised to review this Agreement periodically.
